Faded control *****, replacement options??

Just like the title says, I bought my used maxima and it looks like they used some crazy strong cleaner and faded the heck out of the *****. They're not black, light grey at best. Any ideas??

Go back to the dealer and complain about it... What year is your Max? You should still have a warranty....

Dealer won't do a thing about faded HVAC or Stereo *****/switches. They're going to file that complaint under "normal wear and tear".

You could try one of those "back to black" plastic/rubber liquids made by Meguiars/Zaino/Armor All, etc. for the rubber radio *****. Not 100% sure it'll work, but worth a try.

I would first try the dealer, you never know! After that follow the other advice. Try the easiest, cleaners, solutions first. If that doesn't work, then see what replacement ones cost. Ya never know they maybe cheap. You could always try a junk yard too. Or you could try to paint them.
