About to order my catback

Gonna go with Borla. I've been a fan of them for awhile now. For those that have one, what can I truly expect?

you can expect a subtle low rumble, and an exhaust note that isn't super loud. if you want it to sound like your car has an aftermarket exhaust, Stillen is the better bet for sound. I like my Borla because I wanted aftermarket but didn't want all the added noise

What I want is a nice deep sound that isn't droning like the coffee cans on Hondas. I have an intake which produces a nice tone at open throttle, even in normal city driving. I'm not looking to be heard on the other side of town, I'm looking for a smooth tone, hearty tone I can enjoy while out cruising around. Stock sounds solid but an amped up sound and some increased power is what I desire.

ive had people tell me they cant tell i have an aftermarket exhaust on my car (based on sound) which can be good or bad depending on what u want. like you said i didnt want my whip to be heard across town, even if it sounded really strong. the Borla is nice, subtle and "tuned" sounding as my boy put it. not many exhausts you can have that let you still cruise at 80 making no noise

Ghozt is right, I've heard his car in person

I have the Stillen full cat-back and I love it (also have the Stillen CAI). Nice deep tone cruising around and a tuned snarl when you cane it. There will be some drone the first few weeks while it breaks in, but after that it's not bad at all.

Give the Megan Racing cat-back systems a look too. Heard their sound clips with and without the silencer and both sound great without being "ricey". All the OEM style cat-backs I've heard for this car all have a deeper tone to them, but all sound nice regardless
