Hey guys,

My 2010 Max's rear suspension is creaking when I go over bumps like speed bumps and train tracks. Not so much over run of the mill New Englan pot holes. I haven't brought it into the dealership because they'll drive it around a bit and report back that they couldn't duplicate the noise.

I was reading in the "So mine is a piece of ****" thread that there is a TSB for rear suspension noise over bumps and I think this will help me.

Can someone please point me in the right direction?

Same problem here. Had the TSB for rear sway bar bushings applied. Noise is gone.

 

bring it to a different dealer and make sure you tell them its only when you are going over bumps, the key is being specific. ask for a master tech if possible. that should take care of it.

 

just tell the dealer you are having the issue and you saw there was a bulletin issued to have it fixed. I brought it to my dealer and they had it fixed mostly the first time. I still have a slight creak but the creaks when I hit bumps is completely gone.
