Custom Exhaust

Hey all, so I'm finally gonna do a little work here and I am gonna go with the Stillen sri and make that custom flowmaster exhaust like chris335xi has on youtube. My question is, would anybody know exactly which flowmaster 40 series delta model number it is? And whether its offset or center? As always, thanks in advance guys.

I don't know the Flowmaster number, but if you are using the stock pipe from the "y" to the muffler, you'll need offset-in/center-out. If you are changing to bigger pipe from the "y", you can use either center/center or off-set/center. Even though I changed to 2.5" pipe, I still used the offset in/center out. As the OEM exhaust is run now, the off-set goes to the outside of the car. I flipped the muffler and had the off-set on the inner side of the car. This provided a "shorter" and "straighter" path to the mufflers and did away with 2-90% turns in the stock pipe.

Thanks alot bro I really appreciate it... I think I'm gonna go with 2.5 inch piping from the y-pipe on back and slap on the flowmaster muffler with possibly the stock tip? Any input?

I originally used the stock tips but mine are the raw cut. I prefer the rolled tip so I ended up changing them. Go look at the last page of the "Rolled Tip" thread and you'll see.
