I have an 09 Mac, and have installed the Stillen intake on it, and got to thinking....What replacement air filter grease do I buy when I have to clean it? I'm sure there is a generic oil spray from K&N since the filter is one of those, but just thought I'd throw that out there.

You can get some at Autozone made by Spectre.

 

when you go to re-charge it (spray new oil) make sure to let it dry overnight before you re-install. you'll run a CEL code if you get excess oil on your MAF sensor so letting it dry out helps avoid that

 

negative...i sprayed the new oil waited 20 mins like it said to then installed the filter again and didnt throw any codes...but id wait at least an hour i dont know about over night dan lol

 

ya you followed the instructions, most don't and overspray the filter lol
