Daytime Running Lights Choices

I'm looking to add some daytime running lights to the open area next to the fog lights and I see a few choices from this site.
DRL-CW5
DRL-CW8
DRL-CW6-L

Just want to know if anyone has any of these installed on their Max. Pics will be appreciated.
I would like to install them so they will turn on when I start the car without using a separate switch if possible. I've looked at low cost light strips as well, but I like the look of these.

Any info on wiring these will be greatly appreciated.

I don't mean to hijack your thread, but isn't there a way to activate the daytime running lights on this car like the canadian model has? (with the highbeams running at a reduced intensity) I mean it obviously has already been built into the cars wiring, but for the US models it's missing a relay probably and would need to have the BCM programmed to turn it on. Anybody have anymore info on this?

DRL-CW8 looks best out of the three.

Having them hooked up to a separate switch will probably be ideal so you can turn them off when the rest of the lights are on.

i have something similar to the CW5's

although mine are switch-backs connected to the turn signals too. v-leds used to make them but they're discontinued now unfortunately. i had to cut the DRL to fit as well as obviously cut an opening in the brake duct grill next to the fogs. mine are wired up to a wireless remote, but you can get a relay that makes them work like true DRLs (turns on/off with car)
