Headlights to be replaced

Three days before end of the warranty of my 2009, getting my HID headlight capsules replaced because they show sings of clouding up.

Anyone else have or had this issue? I was able to use one of those headlight restoration kits to improve it some, but figured I would give replacement a shot before the warranty ran out.
