Window rattle

My driver side rear window rattles when it is part way down. Sounds almost loose to me. Stealership has seen it twice and "adjusted it" both times. Talked to them more this last time and was told there was "nothing broken" and that really after 12K miles "adjustments are warrantied" so apparently I'm suppose to be happy it was free to have them probably not fix it permanently. Any one have ideas what I should be looking for or telling them to look at? My factory warranty runs out at the end of the month so I'm concerned this will be a forever-problem with the car.

Does it do it when you are playing music and moving? Does it do it stopped and playing music?

Nope, I can have the radio off and it does it. Smooth road, no issue, rough road, rattle.

I'd agree. When I push on the panel right behind the back of the driver seat (where I can reach while driver) it gets better. They've taken it apart twice though and "didn't find anything wrong". Right now it is OK again, but last time that lasted about a month and started up again, which will be past warranty. It is kind of like they are putting a story to me that means they won't be responsible for anything post-warranty. Very frustrating.

Do you have another dealer you could go to and explain the issue and you've had it to do and so dealer and they haven't fixed it...

This has been happening since I bought he car 3 years ago. My rear passenger side has rattled when mid-way down. However, as I seem to always have music blazing, or all the way down/up, i have since forgotten to have it dealt with. It does sound like metal+metal or metal+glass knocking against each other. I was pretty pissed within the first week of use. I suppose I should have done something back then, because now they might just give me a load of crap.
