too good to be true.......... i've seen many of these "chips" that claim this and that but do not deliver the "goods". All this chip does is "fake out" your ecu w/ false readings to trick it into doing things it is not supposed to do at certain rpm's etc.......

stay away from it.........

Holy Crap! That definitely seems too good to be true. Chipping a naturally aspirated motor typically doesn't gain much at all (cars with turbo's gain the most, adjusting the boost levels), but I'd be very curious to see how much our Max's would gain, if anything from a chip.

I was just talking about my buddys experience with one of these. He got one for his Frontier and asked me to help him install it. what he showed up with was a plastic black box with 2 wires hanging out of it, and some photocopied instructions of a generic engine bay, showing you where to splice somewhere into the IAT or MAF or who knows what wires. after convincing him that this wasnt going to work, we proceeded to pry open the little box, which amounted to nothing but a resistor with the 2 wires connected to it.

as everyone's said, dont waste your money.

any mod gains cost=actual gains *15(or at least that)...had bought similar product for my benzo...just like someone said before a box with two wires showed up....there is no way this was more than a resistor-like scheme and there is no way i was going to splice main wires...
