Wiring from fuse to door panel

Hi everyone,

I am trying to route some wires from the fuse box to the inside door panel and want to use the plastic tube that goes between the door and dash but unsure how to access it any advice would be greatly appreciated. Do I need to remove the dash?

I've done car audio systems for a while. On most models (I've worked on a 05 altima (Not postive on the year, but it's older)) you simply take off the door panel, then pull back the "boot". Those boots are usually just notched so you squeeze it and slip it in. When you release it the boot goes back to the "normal" position and locks in place.

Long story short, try to squeeze it on all 4 corners at once and look in to see if it's notched. If so pull it out on both ends. Let me know if that works for you. if not I'll take a look at my car tomorrow after work and will help you out.

You are correct and I'm fine with doing that part the issue I am having is once the wires are fed through the plastic tube from door to side panel in the dash I can not figure out how to get the wires down to the fuse box where I have a fuse tap. Is there any easy way to route them or do I somehow have to remove the dash to route them down? Let me know if this is making sense or not. Thanks!!

Look for the PDF on the puddle or kick plate lighting instructions, it'll show you how.
