What are your thought on the borla exhaust

I just bought a borla exhaust and to be honest with you I wasn't to impressed with the looks it doesn't even look like its stainless it sort of looks like the factory exhaust? Also when I opened up the package I found that the Ypipe wasn't there so I had to return it and was kind of thinking about canceling it because I really didn't think it was nice looking. I had a Banks exhaust on my Nissan Titan and that was very impressive completely Polished finish! Any feed back would be great because I keep hearing that it isn't that loud but am curious to know if anyone who has it please let me know how it sound and if it's even worth it?

I love my Borla Exhaust, it sounds great, and it has a very good fit and finish. You will enjoy it.

I feel like considering it is Borla that it just doesnt seem as loud as what I think of when I think Borla... I really wigh Magnaflow would come out with one.

It's either the borla or the Meagan titanium blue tip but I think that it might be to loud?

Just keep the baffles installed on the Megan's. From the sound bites I've heard it's not that loud with them in.

I just wish that corsa came out with one. Well I guess I will make my decision in the morning. Joe from JM Auto called me and offered me a discount on the Meagan $750 borla $785.00 both free shipping!

chick exhaust ok! please elaberate? i simply read a forum from the end of last year and tons of members spoke highly thof e meagun. the borla has a great reputation but in all honestly the exhaust looked simuler to the oem. i just wish that it was completely polished stainless at least the exhaust part that everyone can see. i'm paying good money for it. so i like to get my moneys worth thats all but i guess it is what it is doesn't matter the borla is on its way. i hope it sounds great someone needs to post a sound clip of the borla cruising down the street with someone recording it to hear how it sounds from the outside. just the exhaust and cai.

here's a vid of my Borla. I have some drive-bys too but you hear my CAI screaming more than anything.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uokjksLIS8s

here's my drive by vid which may be helpful, but like I said you mostly hear the CAI

The megan exhaust is nice too, but if you want a subtle exhaust tone without being too loud the Borla is the way to go.

It's gonna sound pretty quiet at normal driving, but when you open it up or give it a little push, it opens up. It depends what you want. IMO it sounds 10x better than stock. You might want it to sound like a Civic with a muffler or it cut off, idk, but for a $40k car, I think the Borla is a perfect fit.

Call up Apexi and ask them to make you a Universal Custom Cat Back Exhaust for just $400 in change. Great exhaust looks good just not polished sound is amazing! go search for VQPWR88 on youtube and look at my videos of the exhaust, hopefully you'll like it.

Umm it sound really good in real life trust me I just don't have time to film it again with a better camera. It has no rasping sound only when on start up when it's cold.
