I was curious to know how you guys are tinting your tailights? I paint so usually I mix black into clear and spray it that way, the problem is its a one shot deal and the chances of runs are high (happened with my last vehicle). I can spray black paint first then clear because it will end up too black. Im going for more of a "tinted" look. Would love to hear from you guys the best ways to do it.

 

I would like to tint mine and I've heard that a bodyshop will do it for a reasonable price. There is a custom shop right by my house, I just need to find the time to take the tails off.

 

go with tinted clear. i did VHT nightshades with a few coats of clear myself last year and it completely faded my tails look stock again

 

I am still debating on whether I am going to do mine or not... Leaning towards it though...
