iPad Seat Bolt Mount

hey all, new to this place but was looking for some insight. I recently received this through work, http://www.thejoyfactory.com/product/AAB109, and I'm trying to figure out the best way to install it.

It requires that you loosen the bolt holding down the seat track so that you can place a bracket underneath it. The site shows the installation videos so you can see what i'm talking about.

Only problem is the screw holding down the seat track isn't a hex bolt. It simply looks like a round metal cover. If anyone has any ideas how to loosen this enough so I can place the bracket that would be helpful.
