Door handles

I just took off my door handles and the piece above the rear liscence plate to have them painted. My question to everyone is what did you do about the little unlock button on the front doors? I'm thinking about just leaving it chrome.
Thanks

Here are the pics after I had my handles and rear piece above the licence plate painted body color. I'm not sure if I'm crazy about the look without the Nissan hamburger on the back. I may paint it black and put it back on. I also want to do the window trim but I suck at vinyl work.

It looks great. How hard is it to get the door handles off?

I forgot to add that no the handles aren't difficult to get off, pop off the cap inside the door at the same height as the handle and loosen the torx screw then the small piece comes off, then push the large piece forward and pull out for the rear doors. The front is similar except the large piece is a cap that pops off once you remove the screw inside. Also the small piece is a cap on the side with lock.
