I was ready to sign for a 2010 Acura TL w/ Tech when the stealership said "please give me a check for $3000". I FLIPPED!! I told them the lease deal needed to be 100% all inclusive of tax, title, delivery, everything except 1st months payment. So I walked out furious! Went to Honda to then try and get a cheaper deal on an Accord coupe but the best deal I could manage was only $20 cheaper than the TL!!
Went to Nissan just to look and never looked at a Maxima before. Pre-Hated it because of my preconceptions of the CVT. Drove it. Loved it. Told him to beat the price of the TL (not mentioning the $3k out of pocket) and they did, so drove away without a penny out of pocket.
Now I can't wait to get rid of it! (don't ask!)
