Intelligent Key - Windows Wont Roll Down

Hi All, When I hold the UNLOCK button on the remote, my windows don't move at all. Is there a way to reset the system to enable the roll down feature?
Thanks!

have you looked in the manual?

http://www.manualowl.com/am/Nissan/2...ima/Manual/938

Chapter 3, specifically.

The doors need to be unlocked, and hold the unlock button down on the intelligent key fob for more than 3 seconds.

Are your windows equipped with automatic operation?

Of course I read the manual

I have an 2010 SV with the Tech Package which includes Automatic Entry/Exit System and Automatic Entry/Exit System with 2 Driver Memory. I don't see "automatic operation" listed on the window sticker but "assumed" that I would have it. I thought maybe I had disable the feature somehow and was asking if there was a way to re-enable the feature. HOW to operate the automatic window operation is quite clear.

Sometimes the auto up / down feature using the door switch becomes disabled. if this has happened the auto down via remote will also be disabled. Check to see if the auto up/down is working ( was not clear from you post) ; if not then re-enable and check the operation via remote.

Thanks for the follow up. Yes, the Auto Up/Down via the door switch works fine. Love that feature. Same with the Sunroof auto open/close.

That did the trick!

I reset the auto up/down on the manual switches in the car and now the Auto down feature with the remote works!
Thanks for your help!

yes, auto UP is for safety. If you accidentally hold the button to do it and a kid or pet has their head out the window.

And it can be done with the key, since you are basically in the car you can see if it's safe to do so...like mentioned above.
