Concerns about getting Eibach Drop...

So I want to get it, as I do see some need for better suspension...

To those who have made... What type of issues have you had post the drop?. Please Spare no deails..

Anyone with horror story's of spark from under the car.. or getting stuck ontop of a speed bump or driveway.. I'm thinking of getting the drop on 18" wheels so I imagine it will sit even lower then those with 20"

I'm installing eibach Springs this Friday. I originally didn't want to because the installation cost more than the part (which I did get on partsgeek.com, the part came in on time and in perfect condition but don't buy from them cause there has been a poop ton of bad reviews).. Anyways my boy said he'd install them for 100$ on his day off at his shop. My only concern is whether or not I will scrap those parking cement things or not, I used to have a Benz and the front bumper would scrap sometimes and it drove me crazy.

You will have to be careful with the cement parking blocks. Some will go under the car and some will not. You will love it once you get them installed. The ride is much stiffer but I feel like I have more control of the vehicle. $100 for the install is a great price. I got mine done for $150. It only took him two hours to do it. So for the total price of less than $400 it's the best mod you can do.

I have the eibach drop and I dont regret a single thing and I havent any clearance issues, the only issues I have is that there are some speed bumps around my school I have to watch out for and also with me having a front lip, of course you have to watch out for the cement parking blocks. Other than that I love the Eibachs, makes the car look like it shoud have came that way from stock!

Probably best mod i did fo my car but i plan to go coilovers to go lower but after installing them i have to say the ride is so much more controlled and very comfortable. Doesnt feel like your driving a bus.

I installed them myself. Not too hard if you have right tools

Sounds good to me, always a lil nervous about doing something such as this. I only have 1 speed bump to worry about in my every day driving experience.. and I don't park close to the mediums ... I'm thinking of getting it and having it installed pretty soon
