Black out or no?

Hey guys, I started plasti dipping my chrome and I am on the fence whether I like it or not. I know almost everyone is "blacking out" but I can't decide. I've only done the handles and rear. Haven't done around the windows or grill. What do you think?

Blacking out looks good on black. If I had a lighter color I would just leave it be or if you must color match it, not black.

My opinion for what it's worth.

Me personally Im against putting black or anything other than the color of the car on your chrome. Either leave it chrome or paint it silver bro. Check out how I did my whip. But thats just MY opinion.

It looks OK to me. You probably should take the plasti-dip off your license plate though

Honestly, I have a radiant silver 2009 SV with premium and I would never blackout the chrome or rims. The car looks so much better and eligant with the chrome. To me blacking stuff out makes it look kind gangsta and ruins the car. Like people with 2 tone hoods..wtf is that about?

My strong recommendation to you would be to tint all 4 windows out and leave all chrome

I have to respectively disagree. If you saw my car..It looks clean and everyone is like damn that is nice! The chrome doesn't make it look elegant (the word you were looking for) per say, especially if you add chrome rims.. Additionally, if you do black, chrome, silver..it gets to look like a mess!

Everyone has their own opinions..yeah because gangstas drive new maximas..

P.S. The badges look great..the door handles should be vinyl wrapped..not plasti-dipped!

The good part about plasti-dip is if you do not like it, it comes of fairly easily. Plasti-dip all you want and then if you don't like it, peel it off. Personally I am not a fan of black wheels or blacking out the chrome, its your car, do as you like.

Thanks for the responses guys! I've decided to leave it all chrome. Once I gave it a week or two to possibly grow on me, i decided the black really cheapened the look.
