Wheel Paint for scuffs on factory OEM 18 wheels?
I just bought used 18" factory OEM alloy wheels, and they are a bit scuffed along the very edges. It's mostly aesthetics, as the paint is peeling along the edges. A local RIM repair vendor is asking for $125 per wheel -- or $500 for all 4 wheels, which sounds expensive. So I've been toying with the idea of a DIY rim touch-up. Here's the step-by-step article that I've been reading.
Home Guide to Wheel Scuff Repair
Question 1: Would the WURTH Wheel Paint also work on the Nissan factory OEM wheels? Or is there a different wheel paint that I should be using that is better suited for Nissan?
Question 2: Also, can I pickup the WURTH Wheel Paint (or any other recommended paints) at a local NAPA, Autozone, Advance Auto Parts, etc.?
