Looking for 370z rays rims
Looking for 370z rays rims
Hey guys I'm new to this forum. I have a white 2011 maxima and looking to upgrade my rims to the rays. Also I wanted advice on whether or not I should go with the eibach lowering pro kit springs? I would appreciate any feedback or advice. Thank you
Check out a 370 forum for the Rays or even Ebay, although heavily overpriced on there.
The ride is very smooth still. Better handling at sharping turns. Better reaction time for things in the road as well lol. You'll like them a lot, trust me.
if you have a premium model you'll notice a slight difference in comfort. premium rides on a cloud (Which also makes it feel like it sways in turns like a pickup) but the eibachs feel like a stock sport Maxima suspension
Check out this site for members' rides and have fun!
Here are a few to get you started:
-Interior light swap to LEDs
-License plate LED swap
-Stillen front lip/side skirts/roof lip/trunk lip (if no spoiler already)
-Debadge the rear end (they are just stickers, so no bodywork require)
-paint the grill or buy a sport/aftermarket grill
-tint the windows/taillights/headlights/mirror indicators
-if you are good with a soldering gun, swap out all orange dash lights for -white/blue, etc.
-HID kids for low beam, fog, high beam

My high beams are stock..but that's only because my headlights are tinted, so it's not like the output is going to get any better. However, I recommend the VLEDs LED 6k Fogs..Very Bright and Very Clean. The 2nd option would be hooking up an HID Kit to your fogs. Say..3K?
There's a thread here somewhere with some nice pics. The person who did it didn't really do a DIY write-up though--I don't think it's one of those kinda projects. A lotta work involved. It did look good though when it was all done.
to change the dash lighting you need to de-solder over 100 PLCC-2 SMD LEDs and solder new ones on. also the needles on the dash need to be removed to get access, and need to be re-set afterwards (so for example, you'd fill up your gas tank and put the gas needle on full, go 20 mph set the MPH needle to 20...etc...)
here i found this on ebay seems like a good price too but its without tires
those look like knockoffs.
I think.

they are, they're replicas. they won't be Forged they'll be cast so they'll most likely be heavier too. one of the main reasons you'd go with the Rays is cause they're lightweight and Forged. you're better off stayin with stock rims than these honestly
