Where Can I Get My Grille Plasti Dipped Or Painted Black
Where Can I Get My Grille Plasti Dipped Or Painted Black
Anyone For The Ny Area..Preferably Queens,Bk, or Long Island ..Know where I can get my Grille Plasti Dipped Or painted Black (Which Ever one is better)..It's becoming A popular Mod That has Really Caught my Attention..Would appreciate The help!
i can dip it for you if you would like.
It's better to paint it in my opinion. But if you're uncertain use Plasti-Dip because it's reversible. Although it's a ***** to remove it from the grill.
The grill comes off fairly easy and can be taken apart (Chrome ring, Nissan Emblem) so you have just the insert. Even if you suck at spray painting the Plasti-dip is easy to use. Make sure the can is room temp and you're not to close to the grill, roughly 8-10 " away. Do it in 3-4 coats and about 15 minutes between each. Don't be a vag and let someone else do it, do it yourself.
Painting on the other hand should be anywhere from $50-75 for someone to to do it.

At $6 dollars a can and about an hours labor that's $74 an hour, I'm in the wrong business!
I have been doing Plasti-Dip before it became popular. I have done plenty of cars..I get plenty of compliments..I charge nothing, I do it for a passion. All I require is that you give me a tip in good faith (I tip everyone in life, so I feel its deserved) and maybe help me take off the required parts on the car. Being that I am a good guy and I also am hilarious to be around..we always make it a blast and talk bout stupid shi*..Hell we could get some beers too.
