Plasti dip question

Thinking about doing the plasti spray between the the exhaust area in the rear bumper. How do you think the area with the plasti handle the exhaust heat

You should be ok, I don't think the rear area of the car even at the muffler get's hot enough to be a problem. Just to be safe check the can to see the heat range it can withstand, it should tell you what applications you can use it on.

I think you'll be okay; worst case it doesn't hold up well and you take it off.

You won't have a Problem. I CF Vinyl wrapped the rear though. I would recommend doing that. Not to expensive.

I am also doing the rear piece, but wrapping it with an overlay... Also tinting my mirror blinkers...

I'll post pics when done!

you'll be fine you can even plasti dip the exhaust tips as long as they oems aftermarket heat up too much

Doesn't look bad at all MIA..You did a great freaking job! As for the turn signals..just be sure to let it dry for 2-3 days before washing it. Believe it or not..I had mine on for 6months or so..and I finally received a bubble from one of the signal tints because of washing my own car. Anything is possible..luckily the guy I go too charges..20 bucks for both signals :O

i started doing the rear of the vehicle but it was way to cold i am putting it off till its better weather.

For my engine covers I used high heat enamel paint in spray cans .. Primer , paint and gloss..

Yes, but some of us want to try it out and see how we like it first. But I am sure it came out great!
