hi im new (projector headlight help)

Hi,
I am new to the forums. I just recently bought a 2010 maxima sport package. Just have a simple question (dnt know if this has been answered before). Can i change the color of my projector headlight to like an HID blue? and if so how and where can i find them?

Thanks for all the help

I thought the Sports package comes with Xenon standard? If that's the case and you want more blue just change the bulbs out with a higher color temp such as 5000k or 6000k.

yea it has xenon. But what bulb do i use and where could i get the bulb from? is there a brighter bulb i can use? cuz my previous car had aftermarket 55W HIDs on and they were really bright. would i be able to get tht same brightness in my maxima?

If you want to go bluer and keep the brightness with your stock ballasts, then purchasing the CBI's is pretty much the only way to go to keep it OEM quality.

I would like it brighter and just a slight blue tint. Just like the stock xenons are if u look at it from a top angle
ps. what are CBI's?

Thanks for all the help guys!

Check out that link that escablads posted. Those are CBIs. They're 5000K OEM D2S bulbs. I have them and all I can say is WOW. They're perfectly white and brighter than any 55W kit I've ever had.

Edit:The Retrofit Source is down. Check that link tomorrow though

Xenon's can easily last 10+ years. Part of the reason I prefer them over halogen.
