Performance chips

Does anyone has installed a 3x performance chip or a jdm 3 performance chip do they make any difference

No, No, and No. Have you tried searching?
Also, did you just say, "3x performance chip", as in "Chip your car, and get 3 times the current performance?

Yeah, the consensus on here is that they typically don't perform nearly as close to advertised.

Search Bullydog and other similar chips.

Your best bet is to find a shop that will tune your current ECU.
