"Sticky" Paint Issue?

"Sticky" Paint Issue?
I am what you would call a fanatic on keeping my car clean, so I usually wash my car once or twice a week and put on a layer of sealant or wax every other wash. My car is white.
One thing I have noticed is the paint is "sticky" meaning if the car is dirty at all the car will not "release" the dirt that is on the car without some type of effort.
Usually if I have layers of protection my car is a very easy to clean but this car is such a pain.
Anyone else have this problem?

I've never heard of this problem before but what I would do for starters is take off all the old wax down to the clear coat, use a clay bar to remove all the contaminates, then refinish with a good wax. If the problem persists, then maybe you do have a paint problem.

As a clean fanatic, you're probably using a good car wash soap that is designed to not remove the layers of protection you apply when you wax/seal the car. Start by giving a really really good wash using regular dish detergent like Dawn. That'll strip the car down to prepare it for the clay bar.
