Sup all, so my GF has a 2010 maxima and one of her friends ripped the door handle off by mistake. Yea i know, they recieved a severe slap in the face for this, but anyways does anyone know how to replace this or have a how to?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Your GF's friend needs to pay the dealership the cost of getting it fixed. Why mess with it. You did not supply enough information, how much was ripped off, if electrical connections were compromised, are you going to replace all of it or just a part, what door handle it was, and pictures would help alot also.

There are some on here that have removed their door handles for painting so they might be able to help with this problem.

Fixed. The GF is not the problem this time lol.
Her friends ripped the door handle off, which now leads me to wonder how much force did she/he use to rip it off... Whatever the case, hopefully, the GF used at greater than, or at least equal force to slap her/him.

This has to be a manufactured defect... If your car is out of warranty I'd see if the dealer / nissan would do a good will repair for this....

I guess I will take the door panel off and all the other crap to see if I can fix it. I would take it to the dealership but honestly we don't get along they are always trying to get over on someone. I will need to replace the door handle on my Altima also which is similar, however this maxima has that keyless entry button thingy which might be difficult.
