Removing Stillen Front Lip

So since buying my '13 I have noticed that there are 2 spots on the body line, where the front bumper meets the hood, that are sticking up just a hair. The dealership seems to think theres a defect in the bumper support holding the bumper on which is causing the front bumper to sag and maybe some rivets or bolts are causing the bumper to stick up. They have already ordered a new bumper and metal bumper support. I will include the pic and if anyone has any other ideas on what could be causing this I would appreciate it. If I have to remove my stillen lip what would be the best way considering it is secured with 3M tape and adhesion promotor. I really don't wanna screw up the lip or the paint. Thanks in advance!

Kenny

In the pic u can follow the body line to the center of the where the bumper/hood meet and see that the body line gets real "light" so to speak. Close up all u can see is a tiny bit of the bumpers plastic raised. Not noticeable unless maybe I took covers off. I'll post more pics later this evening

Spray that goof off strategically in cracks where tape is let it sit for a while. U may even have to go underneath with a heat gun or blow dryer. To loosen glue. Hate brute force.
