Fuse or Relay for Power Windows?
My power windows have went completely dead, but I can't seem to find a fuse or relay associated with them. I checked the Service Manual and the regular manual but I couldn't find a page on where the actually fuse or relay is located in either the interior fuse box or the engine compartment fuse box.
I also checked on the inside covers of the fuse boxes but couldn't find one that was for the power windows.
Any help would be appreciated since my window is down and cant come up.

Observation: I noticed that I can also not unlock or lock my doors from the driver side button, BUT the car will lock or unlock all doors automatically when I reach 15 mph or shutoff the car respectively. I can also use the keyfob to unlock and lock doors.
This has me pointing towards the BCM maybe?
So do all the other door controls work? It could be that the drivers side control panel went bad.
Here's another idea that worked for other issues some others had. Disconnect the battery for 10 min and see if that resets the computer. See if it all works then. If not, my guess is as good as yours. Could be the BCM.

I left the battery unplugged overnight, but it still is dead. Yesterday, it randomly started to stutter again, but I used that time to have the windows rolled up
I would have said the same thing, but the passenger window and rear windows all exhibit the same stuttering at the same time.
If I hold the FR, RR, and RL down or up at the same time, they all will attempt to move, but all will stutter the whole time. Once they reach fully opened or closed (and im still holding the switches) you can hear the switches click until i let go. The moment I add the FL to the mix, the FR, RR, RL will completely stop until FL has been released
FL = Front Left
FR = Front Right
RL = Rear Left
RR = Rear Right
