Actually all the letters popped off fine, but its some hard clear material stuck there, like they used a poxy to mount the letters, smh. Gotta get her detailed and hope they can handle that.

I took it by a body shop for a friend to try the solvent they used for that type stuff and still no dice. May have to get that buffed out.

Go to Home Depot and get denatured alcohol! It'll get off all the sticky residue, better than goo gone!

If it has already been shipped, and is in transit, I don't see why you wouldn't have to pay shipping to return it to them, and the original shipping charge. Why should they loose money if you changed your mind?
Restocking would be a BS charge though at this point.

Because we paid for the shipping out, we would have to pay shipping again on the refused shipment since FedEx charges us for that, along with inspecting and re-boxing, processing, credit card fees, all kinds of stuff, because he changed his mind.

But we're trying to work with pdub34, I've sent a PM (but the restocking is not $150, not even close). This is not the first order he's placed and cancelled either. We understand things happen, and this is not a situation of something wrong with the product at all.

You do realize that free shipping isn't free right?! Somebody has to pick up that, in this case was Stillen! Well most company's I've delt with do charge a restocking fee, so seems all standard to me.

Of course shipping isn't free lol. But as a retailer u offer free shipping on any product u sell and then they accept it you "lose" out but when a customers returns it I understand they'll (I) would have to pay for the freight charges going back. I understand restocking fees and us usually on "opened" items...if I refuse the acceptance of a package meaning its unopened I shouldn't be charged a fee. Either way it's a misunderstanding, the sales rep was being to defensive and protecting the company rather helping the customer....

You aren't a customer, you decided not to purchase.

The obvious solution here would be to accept the package and sell it again yourself. Then you wouldn't pay for the shipping or restocking fees, but it is probably to late for that now.

That's was my solution, the moral of the story is if u purchase something from them just sell it yourself not worth returning....great for them not so for yourself....ill wait until the promo is over and sell it lol!

Thanks for the PM exchange pdub34..

Main issue is our cust service staff estimated high on what it would take to send it back, making pdub34 upset, and I can appreciate that 100%. It was much lower in actuality. I'm sorry for the misinformation, and happy it's being kept, hopefully it makes it on the car, if not I'm sure someone here will ****** it up.. lol

Man, this car should've had them stock! The lip too!

I just got mine in today! Pretty excited about it. Pics when I get time (It's a very busy day). I will need to prep, prime, paint, and clear coat mine as well. A coworker suggested just finely sand then hit it with clear coat. An interesting option as well.

Thanks Josh, and thanks Stillen for listening to its consumers and creating an awesome product!

Looks great, MaxDOut!

Here's a few shots of mine. Sorry, I know it's kind of dark. Painted it myself! Not too shabby if I do say so myself (not perfect either, but the imperfections can only be seen if you're staring at them from about a foot or two away).

Hey Guys,

If you haven't seen it already but still has an "End of Summer Blowout" sale going on for the next two weeks. Promo code ENDAUG13. Perhaps it will work on the Rear Diffuser, but I cannot find the diffuser listed on on their website.

It's too bad, if I new this was coming up I would have pushed my order of the rear corners and diffuser today, instead of this past Monday.

Yes, all body components are 10% off with this coupon code, but the diffuser is excluded, as it's at it's intro price still.

09max_sv, let me know when you need something else, I'll see what I can do for you.. I didn't know this special was upcoming..

Get it while you can!
