STILLEN Rear Diffuser - Official Launch!!

Hi all!

Well it's been a fun project putting together this latest product for the 7th gen's, and we're excited to release the Rear Diffuser!

The part is made of durable polyurethane, and is offered both in a matte black paint ready to put on the car, and we will also offer it unpainted for those who might want to vinyl wrap it carbon, or do hydrographics or have it painted on your own. They work perfectly with the STILLEN Rear Corners or without.

There will be a limited time introductory price we're extending to the first group of members. Here is the pricing:

Painted Rear Diffuser (Matte Black) - Normally $399 - Intro at $349
Unpainted Rear Diffuser - Normally $349 - Intro at $299

We will pay for shipping inside the 48 states, just charging $9.95 for insurance and handling on the entire order (no matter how many items).

This is not up on the website yet, but you can call our sales staff at (866) 250-5542 or 714-540-5566 and place your order.

We will be building these and painting them beginning next week, and be shipping them as they are completed.

Here's some pictures:

So Josh,
Are the unpainted diffusers paint ready without the need for ton's of sanding and prep work (less primer)?
Thanks,

Thanks,
It's the exact same material as the front lip, it will need sanding and prep. We advise traditional primer vs. adhesion promoters.

I don't know about "tons", but a good results are in the prep as well as paint.

def dont use adhesion promoter that ploy soaks it up like a sponge haha and it doesnt work well def primer. Probably cheaper getting it matte black.

Is it pretty smooth if I get the unpainted and just wrap in carbon? Or is sanding required for that?

Vinyl wrap won't stick to it unless it's painted. I think a few guys tried this with their lip.

I can't believe we had a say in how this product was developed, specifically for our needs and wants. I have never been involved with an aftermarket company that listens to our needs and wants and delivers. Stillen is an exceptional company and really puts the consumer first. This is great stuff. Thank you Josh and I'm ordering tomorrow!! Can't wait for the next product to drop.

Stillen is great. This is one company that will take input from the customer and develop a very good product and not price it out of reach.

do we need to cut anything away or just use 3m tape and screws to install?

@Josh can I come and take a look at it in person on that maxima?

It will be just the 3m tape if you have the rear corners you will need to remove them first install the diffuser and then reinstall the rear corners

This is painted matte black, although it was pretty dirty from being photographed and shuffled around, but I didn't want to wait to get these pics out to you guys..

If it's like the front lip probably going to have a least 2-4 screws and the 3M tape.

Some seperate shots of the diffuser uninstalled would also be nice.

Actually it's installed only with 3M Automotive Tape (same stuff the OEMs use), so you can remove it as well with zero damage to the bumper.

Some have asked and been concerned that someone might want to walk off with it, or drive 130mph.. You can always take additional precautions when installing it with screws, silicone, or other measures.

We're shipping it with the 3M tape pre-installed with some adhesion promoter, so as long as you clean and prep the vehicle as per our instructions, installation should be a breeze.

I'll work on the pictures of the part by itself.

For my custom one I used 3 black self-tapping screws going up from the bottom on the underside - just in case. The rest is all adhesion promoter + 3m tape holding it on.
