Leftover 2012 Maxima Price

I have noticed there are quite a few 2012 Leftover Maxima SV left in my area in the $38-42k range. I have seen that some people have picked up a 13 for almost 10k off. Is getting 15k off a 2012 leftover possible, looking to see if anyone purchased one recently?

My '13 premium/tech I got for 33.8k they had some 12's but I believe it was only gonna be like an additional $500 to $1000 off. Of course I went for the 2013.

Given those cars are close to 2 years old I'm thinking you can grab one in the high 20's

Tires can start to dry rot after only a few years especially on acar that is stored outside and never driven so use that as a negotiating tool

You can surely get a '12 for low to mid 20's. that's where I picked up my base S with 15k miles back in late May.

My bad. Should have paid more attention. I live in LA and looked at 3 local dealerships online, none were offering new 2012 SV either used '12CPO or a new '13 SV from 38-42k+

in theory, a new 12 leftover should be just a touch higher than a low mileage 13 used. I would never pay over 30k for a almost a two year old max. if anything, wait till end of year and the dealer will drop prices considerably before end of year to clear the lot.

Just got a quote for a 2012! MSRP is $40k and they want $32k lol, I think $26k on the car is a fair price

thats a different situation though.... its being discontinued/replaced by the Q50. The max is going to be higher since the Q50's price range is higher and with the economy turning around. Ultimately for the OP you gotta go to the dealer and negotiate. You should be able to get it under $30k.
