Question FRUSTRATED Bluetooth User!!!!

Well the picture says it all..

The contact's name is "Joseph Fernandes"

The car keeps showing "Fernandes Joseph"

Why the hell it sorts the names last to first!! I tried this with three different devices (BlackBerry, iPhone, and Samsung) and I'm facing this with all three of them!! None of the dealers here knew how to fix this helluva problem. I've got 800 contacts and it's PITA to look for last then first.. anyone else having this issue??

Honestly I'm still stuck with uploading my contacts too but I would assume last name, first name is fairly standard for any contact DB.

I plan on heading to the dealership this week about this and will keep the thread posted.

My dealership don't know anything about this issue and I have tried many times with them but they came back with nothing.. It's really frustrating me!

No idea. I take it in, they re-sink it and call it done. I start the car again, and bam, no phone connected. They have no idea and aren't willing to do anything. They are indirectly blaming the iPhone instead of the car.
