6 Speed 7th Gen?

Sorry if this has been covered but has anyone here converted their 7th gen to a 6 speed? Curious of the work involved and how the ECU works if at all with it. Not sure I will ever be 100% OK with the CVT. The rubber band effect is something I can't get used to.

Another option is a 6th gen 5 speed auto, has this been done?
