Navigation screen blacks out sometime when u put car n reverse,back up camera doesn't show up radio stills plays. U Have to cut car off to get it to come back on it doesn't do it all the time does anyone has this problem?

 

I had that problem with my nav. The first time it happened I went to the dealer and when I pulled into the lane and shut the car off. talked to the service writer and she went to the car and turned it on .. it worked. the second time it happened I went back, this time did not shut off the car, She seen it. ordered a screen. fixed the problem there is a tsb on it. they have to do a diagnostic on it before changing it.
TSB ntb12-026a applies to the screen.
