Door handle Removal for paint

How would I go about prying the door panel off so I could get to my door handles. (All doors) Advice greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You don't need to remove the panel to remove the handles. Theres a black cap inside the door jam that comes off. Inside that is a torn screw. loosen that and the door pulls out.
