accelerator pdel problems

So I see that there is a recall from Nissan for an issue where you depress the accelerator pedal and nothing happens... what's weird is when my wife drives the car she never has the problem but I do 80% of the time... very weird, frustrating and dangerous.. is any one else having or seeing this????

oh btw this is on a 2013 maxima....

How long does the "nothing happens" last? Is it only momentarily or is the car dead on the road somewhere? Also can you post the link of the recall from Nissan?

Sounds like one Nissan's experimental high-stall torque converters at work.
