Climate Control issues

New member here but looking for answers. Just purchased 2011 Maxima. The A/C worked fine all summer. Heater seemed to be okay until we took a trip to Dallas. Once we had gone 30 miles or so we could not regulate the heat. It would go to high fan and heat immediately on automatic. The only thing we could do was turn off the ac, turn fan down to minimum and turn the t stat down to 60. Then if we needed a little heat we could turn it to 61 or 62. We regulated it by turning it up or down for minimal periods. Sounds like something has stuck. Any ideas???

Not an expert when it comes to climate control issues, but have you experienced this again? Could be a faulty computer and needed a restart.

Climate control

Thanks for the reply. Great picture. I haven't tried to reset computer. Is there a procedure? Disconnect battery maybe?

I guess disconnecting the battery helps, also try to reflash the climate control's system at any close dealer.
