ENKEI RIMS QUESTION on my MAX
ENKEI RIMS QUESTION on my MAX
Hey Guys,
Just picked up a 2009 Nissan Maxima SV,
White on black leather, dual sun roof.
Looking to pick up some winter rims and tires.
Found a deal for $1000 with 18" Enkei Rims with tires.
Will these fit my max?
Here are the specs:
SIZE: 18x8"
BOLT PATTERN: 5x114.3"
OFFSET: +34mm
MANUFACTURER: ENKEI (MADE IN JAPAN)
MODEL #: A356 RPF1 RACING WHEEL, GLOSS BLACK
PART#: 3797806535BK
TIRES: 245/40R18 BRIDGESTONE BLIZZAK LM-22 XL WINTERS. (USED, BUT STILL HAVE 85-90% TREAD)
Will these fit my max???
Thanks!

They should fit but always measure out the offset first. Your stock Enkei 18's are at a 50 offset.
The wheel/tires you mention are kinda spendy for just a winter set-up and a narrower tire is almost always preferred for snow situations.
I went with 7''x17'' rims with General Altimax's for around $800.00 from tire rack brand new (3 years ago) and they work excellent!

The only thing that looks like it needs changing is the tire wall size. Stock 18x8s run 245/45r18.
Your overall wheel+tire diameter will shrink from 26.7" to 26.5" - that big a difference is generally not recommended.
Run it on various calculators and see for yourself. Here's a few good ones:
