Are you planning on getting them from a SV Maxima? Mine doesn't have seat heaters I didn't want heaters because they usually go out first. I hate repairing seat heaters. Anyway, you can buy leather covers that will give you the same effect. Make sure they are form fitting and not elcheapos from china.

If you get them from a SV they should just bolt right in without problems. If your planning on spending some coin on them I would look at getting some Recaros or GTR seats or something of an upgrade. You know something to make it yours but without going extreme like goldfish in your headlights. Something tastefully done.

You wouldn't by any chance have a set of extra taillights on that wrecked SV?

You should be good to go on that swap there brother. Little gold mine of parts. I would see if you could get the wiring harness off of that puppy. The internal side would be nice to have if you wanted to put in a remote start or a Navigation system. You don't have to hack yours up and Nissan will still cover your vehicle under warranty. Just make pigtails or a bridge harness them harnesses are gold.

That isn't a command or anything just letting you know that the possibility is there. You should post pics of your conquest!

SV heated leather onto S model

I have a 2012 Maxima S model so I have cloth seats now but looking into buying a set of leather heated seats on eBay for 09-13 Maxima. I actually won a bid on eBay for a set yesterday but wanted to make sure I'm good to go. I've searched online but wasn't able to find anything on someone swapping full set leather seats brackets and all to a S model. Is this possible? Straight swap, bolt on? I know the heated part won't work which I don't care for but am I going to run into any issues swapping seats? Harness issues? Airbags? Really appreciate your help!
