Hi All.

So I bought my 2012 Maxima with 12k miles about a month ago and I've recently noticed a knocking noise, loud enough to hear it inside with all windows closed at idle. It usually occurs when I come home from work (50 miles). I've been using premium gas, except once I used Plus. I also have been feeling a sharp jolt as the coast around 40mph, (I think from the engine automatically downshifting).

Could the cold weather affect it?
Does anyone else have this noise? Is it normal?
