Gave the Maxima to the wife

Went back to RWD, a conventional tranny and a few extra HP. Plans for the Maxima are springs, RSB and 20" wheels shod Continental DWS.

Hopefully with the Benz you could avoid going to the dealer for repairs, but I doubt it

I lover German sedans and especially the AMG mercs. But do you really prefer an 8 year old car?

If you are asking if I prefer a '06 E55 to a '13 Maxima the answer is absolutely! There are many 8 year old vehicles I prefer to a new Maxima.

I guess you would need to know my mechanical ability and resources prior to making that assumption.

I was really referring to the Mercedes need for mechanical ability

Love the E55 AMG. Neighbor has a black one with gunmetal wheels, and it looks sinister. Unsurprisingly, he also has a W204 C63 AMG in all black, even the chrome trim. Not sure if the forum condones posting of other car's in member's garages, but I'm interested in some more photos!

Nice car!! The AMG package has always been my fav. At least your Max is still in your garage so it's not so bad. If you would've sold it we either have to disown you! Ha! Enjoy the new ride!
