What's wrong with my car

Just got this 2014 nissan maxima, when I am turning the steering wheel it seems to be a rough spot when turning it. Like the steering shift is bumpy or something, I experienced a similar problem with a impala I had, the steering shift was dry do to lack of lubricant. Is this the same problem I am experiencing with my nissan?

I don't really know what is wrong, but I agree with you that it is not right.

Seeing as to the car is new, it should be under warranty.

Yeah, I'd take it in. You shouldn't have to be messing with a new car, let the dealer take care of it.

Definitely should take it in to the dealer. Please be sure to report back to let us know what you find out....

Let the dealership fix the problem. You have a 3yr 36K mile bumper to bumper warranty that you are paying for so might as well use it.

Sounds like the linkage might be binding. Either way that is a prime warranty issue to bring up with the dealer.
