My tire pressure is 31-34 range but my right front is holding around 26-27. Did I just run over something? And how long can I drive on it before it becomes a huge problem or it pops.

 

This psi differential would be dangerous in emergency situations. Also, having different psis on the front two tires of a FWD car is not good for the mechanicals involved. I would put the low tire on the rear if I could not get it fixed immediately. I would strongly urge this be fixed ASAP.
