Interested to see what you did with the HVAC display? Never understood how people can keep that out of site. I need to see it at all times.

Honestly had something better in mind, but that setup looks very clean. How did you attach the case? It seems to be connected to a CD-player mount or you used a ProClip and shoved it in between the seams. I'm interested, please give us some more info for those who don't want to hack up our interiors yet!

I am not sure I understand the function of this or the benefit. is it just for blue tooth media.

Yes, and also other functionality you would use on your phone/tablet on Android. I would run Waze (navigation with crowdsourcing traffic updates such as police alerts), music, etc. You get the basic jist of it, and also it allows for more functionality than what you would get on Nissan's factory headunit.

This 'mod' remedies the notion to have to remove the factory headunit, install a new headunit where the amber display is, and remount the A/C info elsewhere such as in the glovebox.

How does it handle on bumpy roads and the heat? Living in Texas, we have both issues. Bad roads and extreme heat. I was thinking of buying a tablet mount and having it positioned where the screen is or above the CD-player slot.

It actually holds up pretty good ive had it for a week now and its solid doesnt move while driving or anythn
I personally think its btter than a mount.. i d Drive a fair distance to and from work and it holds no issues so far.

I think you meant Haters gonna hate... LOL

No one's hating, just asking questions.

People are asking for a side shot to see how it's mounted etc.

Exactly my thoughts. Or, "Velcro, the wonder mount".
