Drivers side low beam (left hand) uses fuse #51 (15 Amp) I would double check that fuse. Even consider swapping it out with another one just to make sure. Other than that it has to be the bulb, ballast or wiring to those. Odd that your hi beams have failed at the same time. Did the problem come out of the blue or was someone working on the car?

The wiring diagram is on page 93 of the EXL section of the FSM. That may help you out.

I realize you vehicle is a 2009 there should be no difference in the wiring.

See page PG-64 of the PG section of the FSM I provided to you.

Odd that your hi beams have failed at the same time. Did the problem come out of the blue or was someone working on the car? If someone was working on the car what were they doing?

So somebody worked on the headlights. You need to get a meter to check that you are getting 12VDC to the ballasts. In addition make sure you also have ground going to the bulbs. The wiring diagram is in the first link I provided.

If I had to guess I would bet that a ground wire for the bulbs is not properly connected.

The setup is aftermarket not stock so no telling what might have been done to the wiring. Anyway it should be an easy fix for someone who has the wiring diagram and some knowledge of electrical circuits.

What do you mean aftermarket lense? Have you checked the wiring yet to the fuse box and inside the back projector cover?

The fuses for the hi and low beams are the box near the battery so you probably checked them.
