Exclamation Help!

So I bought my Maxima about two years ago, I've been using the reminder feature on the car, so I've been really good with the maintenance.

Anyways, in January I took my car in for my routine alignment & wheel rotation. "The car was slightly pulling to the left" When I received my car it look great "complimentary car wash" When driving the car it still pulled slightly to left, but it was a lot better then before. About a day later I started to hear a noise coming from the front passenger side. I took it in the next day and they told me it was a break line!? They apologized and when ahead and fix it.

By February my car was pulling to the left once again which didn't make sense!? I took it in and they gave me a 1 hour estimate of $150 for the tech to diagnose it. I told them to go f@%# themselves. I took my car to a local tire shop and told them what was going on, he told me to turn the car on and rotate my steering wheel to the right. He took a quick look and told me to feel the inner tire. The tires were completely worn out?! What the hell do I do!?

I feel like it's the dealers fault, they should have noticed it that's what the 24 point inspection is all about! And why would they charge me for an alignment
when you obviously can't properly do it with that type of tire wear!?

Why would you not know that your tires are worn out?
The onus is on you in this case.
Owner beware and never ever trust that crooked dealer.

I guess your right, but at the same time they're not doing they're jobs, we pay them to do the job right. Luckily I've saved every single receipt on repairs, oil changes, and alignments etc.. I refuse to just sit there and get screwed over it's not my style. I'm going to make as much noise as possible. I just need some ammunition if you know what I mean.

Yeah I doubt you'll see results from the dealer. I'd maybe suggest you replace the tire(s) and try to get them to do another alignment on the house or at the very least have them check it to make sure you're in the green. In all, I would consider yourself lucky you didn't have to shell out any major cash and look at it as a lesson learned.

Also, use the forum next time. There are many people here who have a wealth of knowledge about cars in general and some with crazy knowledge on Nissans and maximas specifically as a few have had them since the 80's.

Also worth it to mention it's miles better getting the tire rotation done at well.. a tire shop. Those shops have a lot more riding on customer satisfaction than dealerships do.
