Question about lowering/Eibach springs

I am not a fan of real low riding cars, unless its a car that comes from the factory low, for example Corvettes. However seeing the pics on the forum of the cars with the Eibach springs does not look too bad.

The one thing I am concerned about though is rubbing. I have a high "curb" at the bottom of my driveway and my previous 2 cars, an '02 Cougar XR and a '11 Chevy Cruze, both rubbed under the front bumper when I would back out of my driveway. It never damaged anything but being as OCD as I am it drove me crazy every time. The other thing is parking where there are parking blocks, I would worry about rubbing in the front or even backing up since I don't have a backup camera it would seriously suck to back into a parking block and destroy my exhaust tips. The garage I park at for work has very short parking spaces and if you don't pull all the way in my car sticks out a bit into the driving lane, making it much easier for someone to clip it. Has anybody with the Eibach springs had any issues with this?

From: Chitown-- that's right, Chicago
Will be interesting to hear the responses.
I had Eibach lowering springs on another car (not my Maxima) and I found that scraping occurred more if you had a body kit or added a lip to your car. I know what you mean about those driveways though-- you just kind of learn to pull and back out of them diagonally instead of at a right angle. It eliminates most of the scraping that you mentioned...
