changing foglight assembly?

Hey guys so it's breakup season here in Alaska and that means the ice is melting. What they do here is they put gravel here to put more traction on the road. So this morning I've noticed I got a crack in one foglight and the other is totally missing the glass part. I was wondering if anyone had a how to so I can change out the whole assembly for the lights.

Not to hijack your thread, but i would like to ask how do you replace the bulb? Looks like i need to lower the plastic shield under the car...

What is a better replacement bulb? I would like something just a little whiter light.

TRS has LED fog replacements, sealed units, plug and play.

You'll have to remove the liner on the bottom of the bumper. From there, unbolt two 10mm bolts from the fog assembly. You should be able to replace with another housing or the TRS fogs. You can change the bulbs without having to unbolt anything, just turn the bulbs to the left and it will release them. From there just unclip the bulb from the harness and replace.

Edit: The bulb is an H11

I just installed the TRS Morimoto XB fogs yesterday and love them so far. Easy and you dont have to deal with ballasts and bulbs going out and all that. Will post pics here in a few.

It's actually a whole dog light assembly where you take out the stock assembly bf simply install the TRS housing. Super easy install and I love the lights.

If you're changing the bulb, you may as well throw HID's in them.

Not at all, these are direct fits, no cutting or splicing involved with anything. I highly recommend them. They don't put out as many lumens as HID's but personally they are very bright and basically look like HIDs and not like some weak LED bulbs you bought from some website that looks cheesy. I love them and you can actually tell when they are on and off, with those cheap bulbs you cant even tell.
