Has it been a while since you had your tires balanced? Do you have any codes? The car taking a while to get up to speed is definitely not normal.

My transmission had issues with being stuck in a simulated gear. This only happened when the car was in sport mode. It would happen when accelerating from a stop. It was different than your issue though, as the car would accelerate, rpms would go really high, & the simulated gear would not change.

If it is an issue with the transmission, your 2010 is covered under the 120k mile 10 year warranty. Might be worth getting it checked out by the dealer.

I would suggest looking at your tires/balancing/alignment for the shaking. If your tires aren't obviously worn out the. I would get a cheap tire rotation to see if that helps. As for the sluggish acceleration I am at a loss. I'd check to see if you have any codes then Perhaps I'd take it to the dealer to be looked at as suggested above.

You need a four wheel alignment . And they will do a tire rotation as part of the service .

There are many things that can cause high speed vibration. The easy things to check are:
Tire condition and inflation
Wheel condition
Wheel/hub bearing play

Once those items are ruled out it's time to go to a shop or the dealer...
They should check:
Tire/Wheel balance
Wheel alignment

If your tires are at the end of their life there's a very good chance the wear pattern, and balance are off causing vibration. New tires and a proper mount and balance will fix that issue... Anytime you replace all four tires a 4 wheel alignment should be done...

Could even be multiple things but shaking is more than likely your tires and everything else could be your belt or even clogged injectors.
