Paint bubbling on the front bumper

So Im looking at buying a 2011 Maxima SV and I noticed that the paint is bubbling.chipping in several places on the front bumper. Is this a normal thing for 7th gen Maximas or has this car had bumper damage and it has be replaced and or repainted and this is a sign of poor quality work? The paint is perfect on the rest of the car. Oh and the color is slate blue if that matters.

TIA!

A little bit of paint chipping is normal on the front bumper, caused from road debris. Bubbling however is not,

This is bubbling, some of the bubbles are the size of a quarter. Others like around the headlights and fog lights are smaller than a dime.

Maybe the bumper was replaced and had a bad paint job?

If you are dead set on purchasing this car then have the dealership take off the bumper and send it to an auto paint shop to get totally stripped and repainted, otherwise I would pass it buy.

That was my thinking and that is why I asked. Is the OEM unpainted bumper black?

Whatever you do, if you decide to buy the car, make sure you get a carfax on it first.
